We offer next business day Engineer's reports in most cases. Our report includes:

• Description of the structural defects noted during the inspection
• Conclusions and recommendations to remedy your foundation problem.
• Sketch showing recommended repairs (if applicable).
• Maintenance procedure.

The perimeter of your home is inspected for all exterior signs of foundation failure. Some of the signs are: brick cracks, fascia board separation, brick separation from doors and window casings, deflection in grout lines of brick veneer.

Next we inspect the inside of your home for interior signs of foundation failure. Some of the signs may be slopes in floors, upheavals, drywall cracks, doors not closing. We use a 4ft level to determine if movements are within accetpable tolerances.

Once the inspection has been completed we can determine if any work is needed. A verbal explanation is given at the time of the inspection of recommended repairs if necessary. The Engneer's report is typically ready the next business day which will include conclusons and recommendations to remedy the foundation problem.

The report can be used to obtain bids from foundation repair companies and to obtain permits if necessary.
